THH is home to some of the best banh mi you can find in OC and beyond! This spot is conveniently located right next to a Tastea where they basically both coexist in a big open space. There are usually a good amount of parking spots open whenever I go. They have a wide range of food you can get here including banh mi, vermicelli noodles, rice dishes, spring rolls, egg rolls, and more! Since I usually get banh mi so much here, I decided to try and switch things up to get some of their premade foods. I tried the half chicken and egg with red rice while wifey tried the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork. Both dishes were delicious and sit down restaurant quality! Overall, you can't really go wrong with anything they have here. They have a couple of tables inside for seating and then a couple tables outside as well. The staff here are very friendly and efficient. If it's your first time, I would recommend getting the banh mi dac biet but anything else would be delicious too!
I'd actually give this place a 4.5 We got the House Special (#1 - Vietnamese cold cuts and Pate) and the Grilled Pork (#2) Sandwhiches cut in half. I'm not sure what was in it, maybe a jalapeno, not sure. But it was spicy! I like spicy and it was burning my mouth but it was still so good! The bread was soft for both sandwiches. The only thing I would change would be, to have a little more of the pickled daikon/carrot thing. Otherwise, it was really good! We also a tray of rolls. We got the one with one of each variety in it. I was too hungry to snap a picture of it. They were all really good with the peanut sauce. The rice paper wasn't too soft or too hard. It could've rolled a bit tighter, but I would still get them if we were to go again. My husband also got a Vietnamese coffee. I thought it tasted good! He thought it was too sweet. Ya, it was a tad bit too sweet, but it still was good! Overall, this was a good place! If I'm in the area again I'd definitely come back!
This is Vietnamese fast food at best. Good size establishment, 5 tables of seating. Was craving for some Vietnamese sandwiches prior to our visit at Disneyland, ordered their house special #1, pork special #2 and egg rolls (pre-made). Did not dissapoint! Everything was fresh and tasty. It's a simple Order, pay, pick up and sit. Cashiers we're friendly! Not like some Asian Establishments that is simply rude AF. I recommend this place!! 2 blocks away from Disneyland. The most important thing I forgot to mention... cheap! $6 sandwiches!
First thing is that the lady who took my order was very nice. She patiently waited with a smile as I read the menu board. I got a few things- spring rolls, egg rolls, pandan cake, and all three Special Bahn Mi sandwiches. I have tried all of these things over the years at bunches of different places, but here everything was just perfect! I was pleasantly surprised. The best part was that a ten inch Bahn Mi is $6.50??? I'm definitely going back for seconds. The shop is very clean and connected to a boba shop in the same building. Very convenient for grabbing a coffee etc. It also looks like a high school kids hangout.
This is my second time in a row ordering from this place. I ordered an avocado shake the first time and a pork sandwich, both were amazing and so tasty. This time around i ordered a taro shake and a lemongrass beef sandwich.... So tasty! I totally recommend this place
Easy parking, not busy compared to all the other THH locations and the food was good. Only downside if you plan to dine in there's only a few tables inside because it's shared with Tastea next door.
Food matches tastes buds and as expected. We ordered sandwiches. Noodle dish and a coffee. Quick food, yes. Service is questionable as I felt I got lectured on using their website to order food nearly half of the transaction. The website functions were not apparent for customized orders and I couldn't add a noodle dish which I ended up buying in person. Thankfully, they were quick to pull out the jalapeños and cut the sandwiches. The place was clean and prices were super reasonable. Next Disney trip will include a quick stop again.
Good place for takeout. We ordered through DoorDash. Got the porridge and it was yum. Spring rolls with the dipping sauce - can't go wrong there. Egg soup is good too. The ingredients are fresh and it's still good for leftovers. Also added a milk tea that was delicious! Also ordered their pandan cake!!! Oh yum! I loved this!!! I like the inside of the cake, not the burny, crusty outside though.
